Domestic India Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We currently partner with FedEx, DHL, and Delhivery postal services. These are the most reliable global carriers in the marketplace to bring our customers the best offers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer a weight-based pro-rated shipping rate for both domestic and international shipments.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We take about 2-3 business days to frame the artwork with a protective frame. Then we should add shipping times on top of our fulfillment rate. Speed and price depends on the destination. Most of our of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

• The average India delivery times: 6-12 business days.
• International orders delivery times: 12-24 business days, depending on the location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active with 24-48 hours.

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24-48 hours after a label has been printed.

If it has been more than 48 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at hello@umaid.art.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Umaid.art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipments outside of India may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the artwork itself. Our customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by our customer.

Packaging

We pack our artwork with utmost care and use best of the available packaging material to deliver them intact to you. All original artwork is framed with a high quality wooden frame for protection and further packed in a water proof engineered wood box, covered by corrugated 7 ply box. Some artwork with base of cloth/canvas will not be framed, but packed with same standards as mentioned.

Damages

Umaid.art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save and take photos of all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship outside India. We offer then current shipping rates for our international orders. An order is sent out with the most affordable option available at the time. For international orders, it’s most likely to be shipped out with the (12-24 business days) method.

We ship internationally to most major countries.
